II. Return Conditions
The product must be in good condition, without obvious signs of wear or damage.
Returns are supported even if the product has been opened, as long as it does not affect resale.
The product should be kept in its original packaging, tags, and accessories if possible.

III. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

Items that are obviously worn, washed, or damaged by human error.

Orders that have exceeded the specified return period.

Return the product as required and provide the tracking number.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refund Processing

Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.

Original shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable (unless there is a quality issue with the product).

For returns not due to quality issues: shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For returns due to quality issues or incorrect items sent: shipping costs are borne by us.
